Elevated Mosaic Jewelry

Elevated Mosaic Jewelry is Margo’s follow-up course to her original “Smalti Mosaic Jewelry” online course. If you have learned Margo’s basic techniques and are ready to create with precious stones, gold, filati, and unique focal points, this course is for you.

Margo offers six different projects in this course. Yes, you will have the opportunity to create six unique pieces of jewelry while learning all of Margo’s methods for creating her gorgeous mosaic jewelry.

Shag Rug Mosaic

In this course Margo brings her signature technique, “Shag Rug Mosaics” to the MAO online platform. Her unique techniques give students a variety of ways to create while learning about cutting skills, color mixing, material choices, and more. Once you have gathered and processed your materials, Margo teaches the ways to create a background and then moves on to instructions for your first “Shag” mosaic. There are three different styles of “Shag” taught in this course, and she will show students how achievable the technique can be.
